Getting back in

MSM does not send password reset links. Your MSM contact sets a new password for you, and you can sign in with it straight away.

They need this to find your account.

If you sign in with Microsoft

Your password is managed by your organisation, not by MSM. Reset it there, or ask whoever manages your Microsoft account.
